Tour both Napa and Sonoma, enjoy the local food and wine culture and absorb the atmosphere.

Visit two thriving wine regions that excel in the area of Wine Tourism, both with their own socio-economic attributes, from very small wineries, to very large, many with different needs.

These regions all address Wine Tourism on their own scale, and they all make it work, capitalizing on the increased income of Cellar Door Sales, self promotion and a thriving Food and Wine Culture!

The Student will leave the course will a practical, ‘Ready to Implement Wine Tourism Plan’ that they could apply directly in their own Bodega, Region, or Peripheral Business.
